These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bongo7 platform, accessible at bongo7.app ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. bongo7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any third party who interacts with the Platform. They form the entire agreement between you and bongo7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

To register and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. bongo7 is strictly an adult platform. Access by minors is prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with all funds withheld pending investigation.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and any other information requested during registration.
4. You must not already hold an active account with bongo7. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances.
5. You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to disguise or misrepresent your location in a manner that circumvents these Terms.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account suspension applied by bongo7.

bongo7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of the account until verification is complete.

bongo7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

All payment accounts used to deposit to bongo7 must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the corresponding mobile banking transfer is confirmed, typically within seconds. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method but are generally completed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

bongo7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. bongo7 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

bongo7 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This may include screenshots of the registered mobile banking account, a copy of a government-issued ID, or other documentation as reasonably required. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment account different from the one used to make the original deposit.

From time to time, bongo7 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters relating solely to that promotion.

Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated on each individual offer page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

bongo7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using the same device or IP address across multiple accounts, or placing bets in a pattern that reduces risk irrespective of outcome (so-called "bonus abuse" or "hedging").

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player. bongo7 may amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

All bets placed on bongo7 are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming a wager. bongo7 is not liable for any errors in selections made by the player.

In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game round or bet from completing correctly, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. bongo7 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino games and crash titles. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the player.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, and boxing, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play odds and market availability are subject to change at bongo7's discretion. bets on suspended or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.

Any bet placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake — including a manifestly incorrect odds display caused by a technical error — may be voided by bongo7 at its sole discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
